No, they are not monthly subscriptions, the price for all courses is a one-time payment, you receive lifetime access to the materials.
However, for the IELTS Speaking GOLD course you get lifetime access to the Self-Study and Exam Strategy courses, and one-year access to the Interactive add-ons (live lessons, speaking practice rooms, and live lesson library).
